IT Support Engineer Bilingual

Job Summary

MACH Consultants is hiring a bilingual IT Support Engineer Bilingual onsite in Doha, Qatar within the Oil & Gas industry. The IT Support Engineer Bilingual will deliver technical infrastructure support across corporate offices, onshore, and offshore project sites.

Responsibilities

The IT Support Engineer Bilingual will troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi), manage Active Directory accounts, support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint), maintain asset inventories, and resolve helpdesk tickets within SLAs.

Requirements & Qualifications

4 to 6+ years of IT Desktop Support experience. Prior experience in the Oil & Gas or heavy engineering industry is strongly preferred. Valid Qatar residency and readiness for offshore/onshore site visits.

Technical & Soft Skills

Fluent bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English. Technical expertise in Windows OS, Active Directory, M365, network diagnostics, vendor management, and customer-focused issue resolution.
