Job Summary

Nair Systems is hiring a Senior Telecom Administrator in Qatar to support financial institution operations. The Senior Telecom Administrator oversees telecom infrastructure, IP telephony, video conferencing, and enterprise voice recording systems across bank branches.

Responsibilities

The Senior Telecom Administrator will maintain PSTN/PRI/SIP trunks, CUCM systems, structured cabling, and voice recorders. Responsibilities include vendor management with Ooredoo, optimizing network availability, executing telecom upgrades, and enforcing security policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer or Communications Engineering with 5+ years of telecom support experience. Experience within banking or financial institutions is highly advantageous.

Technical & Soft Skills

Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory. Expertise in IP Telephony, voice protocols, cabling standards, analytical troubleshooting, and team leadership.
