Job Summary

xChief is seeking a qualified Compliance Officer Remote - UAE to manage regulatory frameworks across SCA/CMA-regulated financial entities. The Compliance Officer Remote - UAE role requires valid UAE residency and CISI accreditation, operating on a fully remote basis.

Responsibilities

The Compliance Officer Remote - UAE will direct AML/KYC protocols, conduct ongoing due diligence, act as primary liaison with SCA/CMA regulators, audit marketing materials, and ensure legal compliance across trading product offerings.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven compliance background within regulated FX, CFD, or fintech brokerages. Mandatory valid CISI certification and valid UAE residency. Minimum 1-year contract commitment.

Technical & Soft Skills

In-depth knowledge of SCA/CMA regulatory standards, AML/CFT frameworks, audit reporting, risk management, and professional English/Arabic communication.
