Job Summary

HTP Global Technologies is hiring 20 End User Support Engineer Dubai roles across healthcare facilities in Dubai & UAE. The End User Support Engineer Dubai will provide onsite and remote IT infrastructure support for over 9,000 healthcare staff across 20 medical centers.

Responsibilities

The End User Support Engineer Dubai will resolve hardware/software issues, deploy PC images, manage Active Directory accounts, configure printers, maintain ITSM tickets, and support 24/7 hospital IT operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

3 to 5 years of desktop support experience in enterprise setups. Proficient with Windows, macOS, TCP/IP, Active Directory, and M365. Maximum notice period of 30 days.

Technical & Soft Skills

Strong technical troubleshooting skills, customer service orientation, and familiarity with medical IT environments (MCSE or ITIL preferred).
