OutsourceForge solutions LLC is hiring a Freelance Field Engineer IT Support Global Remote to execute on-site and remote infrastructure projects globally. In the role of Freelance Field Engineer IT Support Global Remote, you will deploy routers, switches, cabling, and endpoints.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site IT helpdesk, network installation, and user troubleshooting support.Deploy and configure routers, network switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.Perform structured cabling, rack installations, hardware maintenance, and testing.Deliver Smart Hands and Remote Hands technical support for enterprise data centers.Troubleshoot connectivity issues and submit project completion logs.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven practical field experience in IT support and network infrastructure deployment.Solid understanding of networking hardware, firewalls, and cabling standards.Good English or local language communication skills for on-site client interaction.Self-motivated freelance engineer available for periodic project dispatches.

Technical & Soft Skills

Hands-on proficiency with network crimping, rack mounting, and router diagnostics.Reliability, punctuality, and professional field presentation skills.
