Responsibilities

As a core member of our team, the candidate selected for Project Delivery Manager Remote - UAE will fulfill the following core responsibilities:

• Direct end-to-end HRMS and SaaS software implementation lifecycles.
• Manage project timelines, scope, budgets, and change requests using Scrum.
• Lead technical developers, QA, and business analyst implementation teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver key targets on schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications

To qualify for this opportunity, candidates are expected to meet the following requirements:

• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication abilities.
• 5–8 years of experience managing HRMS, Payroll, or ERP implementations.
• Strong written and verbal communication proficiency in English.

Technical & Soft Skills

Successful candidates should demonstrate the following technical capabilities and soft skills:

• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Power BI reporting.
• Solid understanding of API integrations, SDLC, and risk governance.
• Effective critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability under pressure.
