• Source investors and buyers for luxury off-plan and ready properties.
• Present developments by Emaar, Nakheel, Sobha, and Danube.
• Execute property options and manage client negotiations to close.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver key targets on schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications

To qualify for this opportunity, candidates are expected to meet the following requirements:

• Valid UAE Residency (Golden Visa, Employment, or Freelance).
• Track record in Dubai real estate or luxury high-end sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication proficiency in English.

Technical & Soft Skills

Successful candidates should demonstrate the following technical capabilities and soft skills:

• Outstanding deal closing acumen and client networking.
• Valid RERA Broker Card or readiness for DREI certification.
• Effective critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability under pressure.
