Key responsibilities

• Manage product technical complaints and associated quality activities.
• Coordinate quality topics across different partner markets within AMEA.
• Support implementation and follow-up of quality processes and requirements.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of quality matters.
• Prepare regular communication and status updates related to quality topics.

Candidate profile (from source)

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a relevant medical/healthcare background.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quality-related role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality processes and complaint management.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, regional environment.

Working days & arrangement

• Working days: Monday to Friday.
• This is an outsourcing assignment performed remotely from Egypt to support AMEA Partner Markets.
