Title: Senior Odoo ERP Implementation Consultant Remote

We are seeking an experienced Senior Odoo ERP Implementation Consultant to own Odoo projects from client requirement gathering through implementation, training, Go-Live and project closure. The position is fully remote with flexible arrangements by agreement; candidates must be based in Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects from requirements gathering to project closure.
• Meet with clients to understand business needs, workflows, challenges and requirements.
• Analyze business processes, identify gaps and propose suitable Odoo solutions.
• Gather, analyze and document functional requirements.
• Translate client requirements into clear, actionable development tasks with defined business logic and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, developers and project teams.
• Configure Odoo modules according to approved business requirements and review customizations.
• Perform testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshooting and solution validation.
• Manage client feedback, issues and change requests.
• Conduct Odoo training sessions for end users and prepare functional documentation and training materials when required.
• Follow up on project progress, deadlines and deliverables to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements (from source)

• 3–5+ years experience in Odoo ERP implementation / functional consulting.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes and strong business analysis skills.
• Excellent communication with clients and developers and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Candidates must be currently based in Egypt.
