Overview
Lawrit Journal of Law (LJL) is seeking a Deputy Country Director Remote for a volunteer leadership role working fully remotely. The position supports Lebanon-focused outreach, academic publishing activities, and local partnership development while upholding LJL standards and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Country Director in strategic planning and program execution.
- Coordinate with regional staff, program heads, secretaries, and editorial teams.
- Develop local partnerships and academic outreach.
- Ensure compliance with LJL’s standards and values.
- Represent LJL at academic events and forums.
Requirements (from the posting)
- Background in Law or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
- Interest in legal writing and academic publishing.
- Commitment, initiative, and teamwork.
