Overview

A leading Chinese provider of automated logistics equipment and warehouse solutions is recruiting an Overseas Market Expansion & Channel Sales Manager Remote to drive channel growth in Algeria and broader African markets. This contract role operates remotely with coordination across international teams and approved business travel.

Responsibilities (professional tasks)

• Develop market-entry and channel expansion strategies for Algeria and regional markets.
• Identify and engage agents, distributors, system integrators, and logistics partners.
• Perform market analysis, opportunity assessment, and report findings to international sales teams.
• Manage distributor relationships and negotiate commercial terms with channel partners.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to align product and solution delivery.

Requirements (from client)

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in overseas market development, channel sales, or business development.
• Experience preferred in warehouse automation, logistics equipment, industrial equipment, material handling, or logistics solutions.
• Existing networks with agents, distributors, system integrators, logistics companies, or solution providers are a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, market analysis, and distributor-management skills.
• Fluent English required; French or Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for business development across Algeria and other African markets.

Work arrangement

• Location: Algeria — Remote (work from home).
• Probation: 3 months | Initial Contract: 1 year.
• Business travel: Travel allowance provided for approved business trips.
