BIM MEP Coordinator Remote — Contract with VOULT

Overview

VOULT is hiring a BIM MEP Coordinator Remote on a one-year project contract to provide BIM coordination for major infrastructure and luxury projects across India and Saudi Arabia. The role emphasizes MEP coordination before construction starts and supports landmark projects such as Four Seasons Amaala, Six Senses Villas, King Salman Park and Murabba Palace, as well as a prestigious Indian government infrastructure project.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical coordination of MEP systems prior to construction, focusing on design logic rather than only modeling output.
• Review, question and correct MEP design logic where needed; not restricted to clash detection alone.
• Produce clash detection workflows and clash reports using Navisworks.
• Perform Revit modeling across MEP disciplines when required, with an emphasis on systems understanding.
• Coordinate closely with contractors, modelers and site teams to align design and execution.

Source-stated requirements

• 7+ years experience in MEP engineering and BIM.
• Strong technical understanding of MEP systems, not just software modeling skills.
• Experience with electrical, firefighting/fire alarm, HVAC, plumbing/drainage, substation and power distribution systems.
• Revit proficiency across MEP disciplines and clash detection/reporting in Navisworks.
• Prior experience coordinating MEP work before construction begins.

Work setup & application

• Remote position with occasional site travel (1–2 visits).
• Project-based contract for one year.
