NAVEK BIM STUDIO is looking for an experienced Remote Business Development Partner with good connections to help generate and close BIM projects in India and international markets. The collaboration is remote, flexible, project-based, and commission-based, with no fixed working hours.

Responsibilities

This role typically involves:

• Bringing opportunities for BIM Modeling, Revit MEPFP, and CAD to BIM services.
• Promoting clash detection and shop/GFC drawing services.
• Building relationships in India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, UK, USA, and Europe.
• Negotiating and closing deals.
• Promoting BIM QA/QC, BOQ, and Quantity Take-off services.
• Contacting potential clients and following up on opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in BIM, AEC, MEP, construction, engineering, outsourcing, or technical sales.
• The ability to connect the company with genuine project opportunities.
