Remote AI Trainer – Pharmacists

Job Overview

Estrada International is looking for experienced pharmacist Remote AI Trainer candidates to train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. The role is fully remote across APAC/MEA and Europe on a 9-week short-term contract.

Responsibilities

This role typically involves:

• Applying pharmacy expertise to complex clinical and medication scenarios.
• Reviewing patient charts and evaluating multi-drug regimens.
• Identifying drug-related problems (DRPs).
• Training and evaluating AI models accurately.
• Providing feedback to improve model performance.
• Following clinical quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of professional pharmacy practice in retail, hospital, or clinical settings.
• A PharmD or equivalent pharmacy qualification with active licensure.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy, drug monitoring, and interaction screening.
• Experience with drug regimen reviews and patient counseling.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Work Details & Application
