Job Overview
Estrada International is looking for experienced pharmacist Remote AI Trainer candidates to train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. The role is fully remote across APAC/MEA and Europe on a 9-week short-term contract.
Responsibilities
This role typically involves:
- Applying pharmacy expertise to complex clinical and medication scenarios.
- Reviewing patient charts and evaluating multi-drug regimens.
- Identifying drug-related problems (DRPs).
- Training and evaluating AI models accurately.
- Providing feedback to improve model performance.
- Following clinical quality standards.
Qualifications
- 3-8 years of professional pharmacy practice in retail, hospital, or clinical settings.
- A PharmD or equivalent pharmacy qualification with active licensure.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy, drug monitoring, and interaction screening.
- Experience with drug regimen reviews and patient counseling.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Work Details & Application
