Job Overview

An urgent Remote Arabic-Speaking Retention Agent (Arabic-speaking) is needed for a fully remote role. The salary is 2.5k gross (depending on experience) plus commission, suited to candidates with client retention experience in financial trading.

Responsibilities

This role typically involves:

• Managing and growing an existing portfolio of clients.
• Building long-term client relationships.
• Meeting retention and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Retention experience in Forex or financial trading.
• Strong sales and client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of financial markets and trading products.
• Fluent Arabic and excellent English.
